the one with the story about mountain coffee
KEURIG
Keurig, with its portfolio of brands, came to Publicis.Sapient for support on several projects.
For Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, the goal was to highlight the quality, responsibility, and people behind the coffee in a full site redesign. During discovery, I interviewed farmers, coffee buyers, and beverage scientists—and it quickly became clear that the path from farm to cup was a fascinating story.
In the content strategy, I aimed to make people feel part of that adventure—to taste the mountains in coffees from around the world. I used language like “up here,” “escape,” “let’s go,” “discover our range,” and #gogreenmountain to transport coffee drinkers beyond their kitchens or offices and into the hints and nodes of Green Mountain. Working closely with my creative team, we crafted a beautiful blend of immersive imagery, rich storytelling, and clean UX to support e-commerce for every roast.
For the Keurig parent brand, we helped enhance their digital experience with a subscription service and a product recommender. Smart Pantry is a program that learns a customer’s coffee habits and automatically ships more pods before they run out. I created the copy for the webpage and The Perfect Cup tool—five questions that help recommend the perfect pod based on one’s personal tastes and preferences.
We helped make Keurig a perfectly good cup of coffee—and got more pods in the cart.
